How do you tell the difference between hold music, and a representative?
- pbhjpbhj 16y agoIsn't it a lot harder to tell the difference between a real rep and an inline hold message ... "your call is important to us"|"please have your customer number ready". Or indeed the pre-contact message "this call is being recorded [...]"
- prawn 16y agoFrom another comment, I think they have the representative press a button to indicate availability?
