It's a cult, some say these "surfers" are the hipsters of the 90's.
- monk_e_boy 7y agoMaybe not cult, but 'trendy' for sure. It was skateboarding, windsurfing, surfing etc .... trends come and go.
- nradov 7y agoIn the US windsurfing never really crossed over into a mainstream casual fashion trend. Snowboarding did though.
