Although it sounds like maybe they did the work and then approached the licensing matters (which would be strictly speaking the wrong way round)
- Symbiote 7y agoCopyright restricts distribution, so isn't is fine for them to copy the art, and then ask for a license? They risk wasted effort if they can't get permission, that's all.
- pbhjpbhj 7y agoNo, copying without a license is a tort. Distribution is usually the point when it's found out. But it's the copying that is tortuous.
