Precisely. This is a bigger threat than CO2 because once the biodiversity is gone it's gone. We can always cleanup the carbon once we have the tech to deploy at scale.
- imtringued 7y agoBiodiversity appears automatically if you stop human intervention. The problem isn't that it's irreversible. It's that we destroy it at a faster rate than it recovers.
