I've written tech books, tech news, regular news, interviewed people, plenty of academic writing, and lots of creative fiction writing, so I've got a lot of experience crafting messages. This has helped me immensely in my career as I can explain things in terms the client can understand. People will pay extra for being able to understand where their money is going and why.
