Megabits, not bytes, if that's what you are thinking. That's about 27 MBps down and a lousy 1.9 MBps up. Decent, but its not even close to fiber. And I don't think its particularly greats bandwidth... just about every medium/major metro in US is going to have comparable internet or better.
