There is this clear split in companies between people who benefit from more efficiency and people who are viewed as pure cost factor to ideally being eliminated. That’s why I am telling young people to look for jobs in companies where top management understands and values your job.
- chii 7y ago> look for jobs in companies where top management understands and values your job. or values your intelligence and trust in you to create value. This usually only happens if the boss is intelligent enough to see the value in trusting an employee like that in the first place.
