Yeah, but somehow it managed to work pretty well as a 50,000 person company. I'm not exactly sure why this number was the tipping point.

Sundar also mentioned about "a coordinated effort to share our conversations", which aligns with my observation.

      That reads like "you don't need privacy/encryption/locked doors if you have nothing to hide!", which I assume is not the point you're trying to make?
