I think all countries should enforce these same rules for Chinese company's operating on foreign soil.
- goatinaboat 7y agoWhat would be the gain other than symbolic gestures? China has no IP at risk.
- Ill_ban_myself 7y agoExactly. The rule should be that China must pay western wages and subsidize western working conditions if they want western trade secrets
- SkyBelow 7y agoWould be much better to reverse it. Anything given to China is also put in the public domain. Keeps things a bit more fair and makes people think twice about giving something up.
