The First Amendment says:
"Congress shall make no law...abridging the freedom of speech"
A company removing an app is not Congress making a law that abridges anyone's freedom of speech. This isn't a First Amendment issue.
- SkyBelow 7y agoAnd Apple is the one who choose to ban the application from the iOS store. The distinction between corporation and government is not clear cut in the modern era.
