    Cash and real estate. I realized after all the investing and while I did beat the market, I realized if I invested in myself I could get 1000x returns rather than 1.10x returns. So I got out of the market, started a bunch of different businesses. A couple stuck and now I'm working on another one that will need a lot of cash in the near future, so that's where I leave it.
