      It acts as a tech company, so it gets treated as a tech company, but financially it isn't actually a tech company and doesn't deserve the valuation of one.

        Yeap thats what i m trying to say. The herd thinks/thought of it as part of the tech ecosystem

      Probably partly because many of its customers are tech startups, and partly because it pretends to be a tech startup itself.
