- Aeolun 7y agoIt may be true for every other provider, but does that mean it isn’t still a problem?
- jhall1468 7y agoI'd assume because this was an attack specifically on Amazon Care when that is an industry-wide problem. It's the equivalent to ranting about how bad a tv show was because it has commercials.
