- marcosdumay 7y agoThe Swiss cheese model applies for redundant checks, the Anna Karerina principle applies for cumulative checks. Or, if you get success if any of your components works, you get the Swiss cheese model, if you get success only if all your components work, you get the Anna Karerina principle.
