Since Asians are the global majority, discrimination against them is impossible? I find it interesting that the power + prejudice view is selectively enforced only at certain scales of power. Global? No. National? Depends upon the nation. Local? No. It is almost like the application of the definition assumes the power structure in the average US college town was representative world wide.
