I think any reasonable / rational human being could use the single word "equality" as the criteria and decide unequivocally that what is being done with gerrymandering is not that. Looks like SCOTUS needs congress to hold their hands and spell everything out in laws that will almost certainly contain loop holes. Why is this supreme court unable (unwilling?) to think for themselves?
