- harry8 7y agoThey'd be fine if employers paid for the time. Then they waste your resource as their expense. Right now they have no incentive at all to treat applicants resource with any respect. So you get this, which is utter and total contempt. Failing to look at it is actually fraud or theft. The deal they strike is you do this unpaid work to help us hire you. If they don't look at it they have broken that deal and should face consequences.
