The part I'm confused by is how the Spanish government reacted more quickly than Google. I would assume the app and organization would be banned from the store before anything else happened.
- Scoundreller 7y agoAn App Store isn’t going to ban a provider that its users want. Though if soccer leagues can fine players, I don’t see why Google couldn’t fine its “players” too. I know they’re not the police/judge/jury, but should they be limited to a binary allow/ban? State-intervention was definitely needed in this case.
