Detecting individual merchants distributing fake book copies to potentially one of many stores in a multi national distribution network is simple?
- duxup 7y agoThe examples I'm thinking of were authors who published their own book and ordered the printing themselves. They weren't printing in bulk and then distributing them... it was direct only. Amazon simply didn't care when fakes started showing up, missing pages, bad printing, but the covers were always identical.
