- copperx 7y agoLard is also key to Mexican cuisine. Everything is cooked with a little lard.
- microwavecamera 7y agoIt's still commonly used in Southern and Soul food in the US too. I'm staying in Virginia right now and all the local grocery stores have lard and fatback.
