Is there going to be much of their data they hold on you that they’d be able to delete? I’d imagine most of it would be required to be retained under various financial regulations, which would override your rights to removal.
- karl_schlagenfu 7y agoIf they lose their licences then they'll have to remove all of it.
- dmurray 7y agoI doubt it. They could lose their license and still have to make their records available for audit, at least for tax purposes.
