Is he an American citizen to be tried by the US government? Or had he committed some crimes on the US territory?
- IshKebab 8y agoYou can extradite people who aren't your citizens. He is presumably accused of hacking into US computers.
- atemerev 8y agoExcept he didn't. He hosted classified information obtained by other people, but it is another story, and its legality is disputed. "Computer-related offences" -- is this now enough to extradite people without probable cause and solid legal case?
