From my experience, the broad opinion on this seems that people just don't care. Sometimes I share with my colleagues what I learn about Google doing at times (and these colleagues are software engineers) and what I get are 1. It's free, why are you complaining 2. There's no choice 3. Google has the best products (this was referring to Google docs stuff) May be you guys can let me know what you think about those answers.
