This is really shady of Google to do, and the fact that they think that it's acceptable just shows how far we've come. "Don't be evil" apparently means "spy on people, censor based on politics, help dirtbags stuck in the 12th century treat women as property, and assist totalitarian regimes to stay in power and censor their populace". Google is literally cartoonishly evil at this point. That slogan of theirs is an absolute joke.
