I think the best way to stop people from doing bad things is personal accountability.
If a company deliberately break the law, why not send those who decided to to that, the CEO and the chairman of the board to prison?

- krageon 8y agoFirst and foremost I think it is a cultural problem. This behaviour is seen as "just what people do" and therefore we must punish it otherwise it will never go away. I don't disagree that punishment is something that is warranted, but I also think that maybe it is time to take a deep hard look at why this behaviour is so prevalent.
