Hi Zuck. But on a more serious note, children don't necessarily understand the consequence of their actions, especially at a technical level. Mind you, plenty of adults don't either, but their acceptance of the terms of conditions of something or other is contingent on their being responsible enough to accept any negative consequences that may come; children are not in that position.
