Bay Area realtors have been aggressively marketing to wealthy Chinese buyers for a while now. The Chinese government has started putting limits on American real estate investment. Given the scale of the high-end market, I’d think that’d be enough to have a measurable effect. Edit: “Bay Area” not “Baby Area” :)
