What's the gimmick? It's a simulator. I'm struggling to see what the point you're making is. It may well be incomplete but it is what it is, a simulator.
So what exactly is your point?
- kyberias 8y agoWell the gimmick is that it looks like an emulator/simulator but isn't. The OP merely pointed out where it fails and shows the cracks.
- laumars 8y agoIt doesn't call itself an emulator though. A simulator doesn't have to share the technologies nor even be 100% accurate recreation. It just needs to imitate it.

- Annatar 8y agoNo, of course not: I've worked for so many years in finite element analysis / computational fluid dynamics industry, only for a "Hackernews" to tell me that I have no idea what a simulator is. O tempora, o mores...
- welly 8y agoIf that is the case, then you'd know that this is a simulator.

- Annatar 8y agoIt is decidedly not a simulator; just a pile of carefully crafted CSS, HTML and JavaScript to make it look like a working system.

- Annatar 8y agoI've spent years working on computational fluid dynamics software which can simulate different things. You don't know what you're talking about, insinuating that this AmigaOS lookalike webshit is a simulator, but that's okay, you are neither the first nor the last.
- welly 8y agoI'm going to hazard a guess that English isn't your first language then, because by all definitions a simulator is exactly what this is.
