I can't recommend highly enough the michel thomas method: https://www.michelthomas.com/ https://www.michelthomas.com/ I listened to about 20 hours of lessons, which is very easy to do as part of the method is "don't write anything down, don't try to remember anything", and my French improved massively. It only got me so far, and I switched to private lessons afterwards, but it was incredibly efficient while it lasted.
