To me that's one ingredient in quality journalism, actually. I feel more confident in a piece if it tries to include multiple points of view, multiple interpretations etc.
Always good to see the "critics said x, but supporters said y" habit as one indicator of impartial reporting.
- chairmanwow 8y agoI want to walk away from an article not with the pre-packaged opinion ofthe journalist/editor but with enough information to make my own decision. I don’t look to journalists for their commentary on the world we live in, but for updates on what is happening.
