Doesn't facebook have a big enough presence in NYC to be considered an Anchor Tenant?
- xapata 8y agoHow long have they been there?
- adventured 8y agoQuestionable in terms of numbers right now. At the end of 2017 Facebook still only had about 25,000 global employees. Amazon is talking about 25,000 employees just in each of these HQ2 locations. Assuming Facebook gradually becomes obese like all large tech companies do, I'd expect them to begin rapidly bloating up in the coming years (they appear to be on the way now, given the acceleration of adding all manner of staff even while their sales growth plunges).
