- adventured 8y agoThat's ignoring context for Dropbox. Their "huge loss" was a one-time event. Their business is profitable and in fact looks great. 2Q18: "Net Cash Provided by Operating Activities of $111.9 million and Free Cash Flow of $102.2 million" "Total revenue was $339.2 million, an increase of 27%" "Paying users totaled 11.9 million, as compared to 9.9 million for the same period last year." "GAAP gross margin was 73.6%, as compared to 65.4% in the same period last year." "Non-GAAP net income was $48.0 million, as compared to $20.0 million in the same period last year."
