Very true, in Atlanta, if a given property is not a ranch or split level, it will likely be one of these!
I wonder what it is about the ATL metro area that proliferates them so?
- kasey_junk 8y agoATL has grown a lot in the time frame when the technology & economics for these houses make sense. These houses would be unlivable without AC in Atlanta and cooling them would be prohibitively expensive any time but the last 30 years or so.
