- seanmcdirmid 8y agoI don’t think they’ve happened since Enron was manipulating the market, right?
- cjensen 8y agoCorrect. Gov Davis made a series of expensive moves which rendered the manipulations ineffective. Enron was caught overextended in the wrong direction when the market shifted which directly lead to the end of Enron.
