- dalyons 8y agoIt’s been about 25 years so far, with no real downwards correction. Definitely a major bubble, but ive given up trying to guess when it will burst. Everyone acts like it will go on forever, but that would mean >$50mil median homes in another 20 years which is surely impossible (but what do I know)
