Instead of cost being the authenticator of the signal academic performance \ intelligence could be like it is in some european countries wherw college is low cost but admitance is based on high school performance.
- ed312 8y agoSecondary education performance is often a function of time/money invested as well.
- vinceguidry 8y agoI like that option, but barring an order of magnitude more public investment in higher education, I can't see it happening. We're stuck with the school system we have, it seems.
