Lack of foresight is not a virtue, it is a bug.
- rdiddly 8y agoWasting time & energy planning for a scenario that never happens is over-design.
- ILikeConemowk 8y agoGood luck with that mindset. Besides, who said it will never happen? What can you be sure will "never happen" Can I use your crystal ball?
- salvar 8y agoYou're right. On that note, it's best to never leave your house. It's just not worth the risk. How can you be sure that debris won't fall out of the sky? Do you have a crystal ball?
- ILikeConemowk 8y agoI'm aware of the risks involved in going outside and I plan accordingly, that's why I have a life insurance. I wasn't the one who said that was a "scenario that never happenS"
- chii 8y agoWhat kind of insurance can you buy for GDPR non-compliance, where it costs you less than actually complying?
- pgeorgi 8y ago> What can you be sure will "never happen" Because there are ~25 existing sets of laws on the same topic [based on GDPR's predecessor framework, but evolved in different ways] that GDPR normalized into a single, common modern framework. Nothing horrible happened with those old laws.
