Doesn't the brain thrive on cholesterol? I thought I read this somewhere. Also, the study mentions that your brain training tasks should be something you enjoy, so not sure about the math books route.

- SQL2219 8y agoOn one hand author argues that dietary cholesterol doesn't pass the blood brain barrier. Author also says that low brain cholesterol should not be a problem because some vegans have high cholesterol. Well, that high cholesterol is from measuring the blood, so seems like a conflicting argument.
