- r00fus 8y agoI'd expect that interviewee to request reschedule then. Isn't that the job of the recruiter to manage the interview process and ensure that requirements like this are being met?
- ihsw2 8y agoOnly if they care enough. Given the volume of applicants, they're incentivized to sift out applicants that don't adhere to the process.
