Insomnia GraphQL Support
- tills13 9y agoHasn't this been a feature for a while...
- nbrempel 9y agoJust a guess, but it may have still been under development. I think it’s pretty common to not do a release on new features right away.
- gelatocar 9y agoYup, it was introduced in August last year: https://insomnia.rest/blog/introducing-graphql https://insomnia.rest/blog/introducing-graphql
- chrisweekly 9y agoI was similarly (to GP) confused about this as "news", since Insomnia's been my go-to GQL tool this year.
- gschier 9y agoYa it has. I didn't realize it was so long ago. Made a landing page for it today and thought I'd toss it up on HN for fun. Didn't expect it to jump up so high. Woo!
- vning93 9y agoLove the tool, but is there any way to view the GraphQL schema / docs in the UI?
- gschier 9y agoNot yet but it's been discussed in the past [1] Seeing as how Insomnia has become fairly popular in the GraphQL community I will likely take a look at implementing this soon :) https://github.com/getinsomnia/insomnia/issues/451 https://github.com/getinsomnia/insomnia/issues/451
- MentallyRetired 9y agoDie already, graphql.
- marksomnian 9y agoCare to elaborate? Just "die already" is not a very constructive argument against GraphQL. I'm really quite curious as to its downsides.
