from what I googled, Kogan was studying in Berkley before moving to Cambridge, and probably never was in Russia. But hey, it never hurts to mention a russian link.
- seanmcdirmid 9y agoOr with a name like Aleksandr, it would be necessary to mention that he is Russian American and not Russian, because of an otherwised implied Russian link.
