This used to be the case up until a few years ago but having spoken with many young Portuguese there's a serious resurgence of tech and arts scenes.
- pjmlp 9y agoThere is, but since I live abroad the community on my region has been increasing quite a lot in the last 10 years, with very few willing to return.
