Wonderful summary of a great manager (hopefully you are not a manager:) .. In practice, what % of managers would fit the bill as you described (esp. in larger firms) ?
- smt88 9y agoI have no experience at large firms. At startups, I meet them often. But I also only choose to work with startups with good, employee-supporting philosophies, so I can't say how common they are.
