  This is a good smell though. It likely will adversely affect the efficacy of the lawsuit. Company internal investigation followed by public facing change is pretty much the death knell in a civil/monetary lawsuit.

  I kind of doubt it. This is been going on for what, a week or two? I’m guessing they’ve been working on this response that entire time, not just in the last 24 to 48 hours.
