Why didn't you send them a letter threatening to bring a declaratory judgment action, then settle for a wad of cash?
- joe_the_user 16y agoWho can say but starting a fight with any entity is dicey proposition. They might have no cash or be adept of leaving in the dead of night. They might turn out to have more lawyers than you and your costs would be huge.
