- remus 9y agoMaybe it's just been the last few days, but it feels like every time I look at hn there's 2 new posts announcing new Aws services!
- romanhn 9y agoIt's just the last few days. The big AWS re:Invent conference is happening this week, with all of the new service announcements.
- lostcolony 9y agoRe:invent is going on. That's why. They hold big announcements (like new services) until this week each year.

- Florin_Andrei 9y agoThis is a trend that will only accelerate in the future. We've finally reaching the point where the rate of change is impacting people's careers. The half-life of useful knowledge keeps shrinking, and there is no end in sight.
- chii 9y agoYour old knowledge is still useful. Why do you need to offer the newest and shiniest, rather than old, tried and true tech?
