I like this one. Maintained, open source, and you can even have encrypted backups.

- zeratax 9y agoIf you're on lineageos, I would make sure you're not affected by this: https://github.com/flocke/andOTP/issues/16 https://github.com/flocke/andOTP/issues/16 Apparently some bug in lineageos causes the app to not save your keys.
