Not sure why downvote, it sounds like an honest response.
- pfarnsworth 9y agoBecause you shouldn't tell people to contact them and then ignore them like they don't matter. How you treat candidates is a good indication as to how good of a company you are. When I posted on HN years ago I made sure to contact every single person back because it's the right thing to do.
