Still plenty of government regulation involved...everything from FCC emissions to controls on the types of materials that can be used to build them.

    No. You need only realize that regulation doesn't automatically mean that a market is "shut down".

      Totally with you, but the other commentators in this thread were suggesting that 23andMe shouldn't exist in its current form, which I _strongly_ disagree with.
