Whats the ideal number tickets coming through to get valuable feedback?
- iloveluce 9y agoThe higher the volume of tickets the more precise our insights can be but as a general rule 100 tickets are required to gauge trends in feedback. For some companies this is an hour of customer requests and for other companies this could take a week to accumulate.
